All that certain tract or parcel of land situate in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 19, South, Range 16 West, Pickens County, Alabama, known and described as being commence at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence East and along the North line of said Quarter a distance of 419.02 feet to the point of beginning, thence continue Eastwardly and along said North line, a distance of 341.94 feet to the point of intersection with the West Right-Of-Way Margin of an unimproved County Road; thence with an interior angle of 56 degrees 53 minutes Southwestwardly and along said West Margin a distance of 179.09 feet; thence with an interior angle of 123 degrees 07 minutes Westwardly and parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 238.86 feet; thence with an interior angle of 92 degrees 00 minutes Northwardly a distance of 150.09 feet to the point of beginning; making an interior closure angle of 88 degrees 00 minutes.
