Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Summary Distribution has been filed by Jackie Davis Wilson on December 21, 2021 on the Estate of Ralph Manderson Elmore, Jr., and that thirty (30) days after the notice of publication hereof and pursuant to the law of Alabama, the Court shall be requested to enter an order directing summary distribution of the estate of said decedent upon a hearing in the Probate Court for Pickens County, Alabama, at 10:00 a.m., on January 31, 2022.
