Daniel Lee Brock or his heirs at law, if deceased, whose whereabouts are
un-known, must answer the Petition of Land and Natural Resource Development,
Inc. on or before Sept. 24, 2008.
Land and Natural Resource Develop-ment, Inc. has filed a Petition seeking to
have the Probate Court of Pickens County, Alabama issue an Order authorizing
the execution of an Oil, Gas and Mineral Lease covering the interest of Daniel
Lee Brock in and to the following described lands located in Pickens County,
Alabama, to-wit:
TOWNSHIP 19 SOUTH, RANGE 13 WEST
SECTION 5: The West Half of the Southwest Quarter
Said Petition is set to be heard by the Probate Court in and for Pickens County,

secured by that certain mortgage executed by Michael Dwayne Huffman, married to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS) acting solely as nominee

Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness according to the terms of that certain
