KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness according to the
terms of those certain mortgages executed by KENNETH W. KYLES,
a married man, to WEST ALABAMA BANK & TRUST, a Corporation, dated September 24, 1992, January 22, 1993, November 28, 1997, and January 10, 2002, and recorded in Real
Book 49, Page 683, Real Book 52, 788, Real Book 103, Page 172, and Real Book
150, Page 45, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Pickens County, Alabama,
and the said default continuing and the said undersigned WEST ALABAMA BANK
& TRUST having declared the entire indebtedness due and payable in accordance
with the terms and conditions of said mortgages, and under the laws of the
State of Alabama, will sell at public auction and outcry for cash to the
highest bidder at 2:00 p.m. o
’clock on the 7th day of July, 2009, at the entrance of the Judicial Building in
Carrollton, Pickens County, Alabama, the following described real estate, lying
and being in the County of Pickens, State of Alabama, to-wit:

East right-of-way of Alabama Highway No. 17, which is also the Northwest corner
of the property acquired by Sara O. Beasley and L. H. Beasley from the Hooks by
Deed Record 86, at Page 71, and from said point of beginning run in a northerly
direction along the East right-of-way of Highway No. 17 a distance of 582 feet;
thence East 374 feet; thence in a southerly direction parallel to said highway
right-of-way 582 feet to the South line of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of said Section 22, Township 21 South, Range 15 West; thence
West along the South line of said forty 374 feet to the point of beginning;
said parcel of land containing 5 acres, more or less, and lying and being in
the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 21
South, Range 15 West.
LESS AND EXCEPT 1 acre, more or less, as described in that certain deed from
Hook Enterprises to Steve Van Zile as recorded in Real Book 38, at Page 454, in
the Probate Records of Pickens County, Alabama.
TRACT II: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22,
Township 21 South, Range 15 West, that lies East of Alabama Highway No. 17,
containing 20.4 acres, more or less; including that part of the Old Railroad
right-of-way lying in said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 22, containing 1.4 acres, more or less.
THIS IS AN ACTION TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THIS PURPOSE.
Together with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereupon belonging and all
fixtures now attached to and used in connection with the premises herein
described.
Said sale is made for the purpose of paying and collecting the entire
indebtedness secured by said mortgage and all charges as provided therein and
